- Note: it will be possible to revise and extend abstracts on-line up until the final posting date for the conference proceedings, May 18, 2007.

- Note: All invited speakers will be asked to submit manuscripts for publication in a special issue of Enzyme and Microbial Technology
- Jan 31, 2007 – Speakers notified of oral presentations
- Feb 2, 2007 – General call for poster presentations
- March 30 - Final deadline for all abstract submissions
- April 9, 2007 - Announcement of poster presentations
- April 15, 2007 - Announcement of supplemental oral presentations
- April 15 - Final deadline for Early Bird registrations
- May 7, 2007 – Last day
for hotel reservation at the block rate.
- Note: We have only reserved 50 rooms at the Hilton, and the non-reserved rate is considerably higher than the block rate. The Hilton will not honor the conference rate after May 7. Depending on availability, other hotels might honor the conference rate after May 7.
- June 10, 2007 – The conference begins. Manuscripts may be submitted at the conference
- July 9, 2007 - Final deadline for manuscript submission.

- Invitations for oral presentations were sent out on January 31, 2007. Presentations for two additional oral sessions were announced on April 9, 2007
- Publication of program and extended abstracts
- The organizers will publish hardcopies of extended abstracts along with the program, which will be available at the time of the conference.
- Proceedings volume
- Authors of abstracts selected for oral presentations will be invited to submit manuscripts for publication in Enzyme and Microbial Technology. These may take the form of short reviews and/or original research articles. Authors of poster presentations may submit original research notes. Papers for publication should be submitted on-line and a copy of the submitted manuscript should be given to the conference organizers by the start of the meeting. Final deadline for manuscript submission is July 9, 2007. All manuscripts will be subject to peer review prior to acceptance for publication.
