Responsibilities

  • My job duties include training and supervision of the department office staff, managing department finances, and coordinating grant applications with faculty. I also monitor department funds (101, 150, 136, and Foundation accounts), schedule faculty meetings, maintain department files, and am the department biological safety officer. I am the contact person for parking permits, access cards, authorized signatures, merit issues, budgets, annual faculty service reports, faculty promotion packets, telephone installations and billings, and faculty allocations. I also handle academic staff PVLs, appointments, reappointments, and layoff letters. I am also the eCRT coordinator.
